Manage Your Subscription

To change your plan, update your payment method, or view billing history, you must first identify which platform handles your subscription.

1. Identify your billing source

Cloaked subscriptions are managed by different platforms depending on how you signed up. Check your bank statement to see which one applies to you:

If you see this on your bank statement:

Your billing source is:

CLOAKED.COM

*PAYPAL CLOAKED

APPLE.COM/BILL

*GOOGLE CLOAKED


If you subscribed on the Cloaked website (Stripe)

Subscriptions purchased on the Cloaked website using a credit or debit card are processed by Stripe and can be managed from your Cloaked account.

Access your subscription settings:

  1. Log in at my.cloaked.com (or open the mobile app)

  2. Select your profile icon

  3. Go to Settings → Subscription

Open the billing portal

  1. Select Manage Subscription

  2. A secure Stripe login page will open

  3. Your Cloaked support email will be pre-filled. Select Send

  4. Open the email from Stripe and follow the login link

Note: If email forwarding is enabled, this message may arrive in your personal recovery inbox.

What you can manage


Inside the Stripe portal, you can:

  • Change your subscription plan

  • Switch between monthly and annual billing

  • Update your credit or debit card

  • View invoices and billing history



PayPal Subscriptions

If you used PayPal, your recurring payment is controlled inside your PayPal account.

  1. Log in to paypal.com.

  2. Go to Settings (gear icon) → Payments.

  3. Select Manage Automatic Payments and find Cloaked in the list.



If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play

If you subscribed through the Cloaked mobile app, your subscription is managed by Apple or Google. Cloaked cannot make changes to billing, plans, or refunds for these subscriptions.

Apple App Store

To manage your subscription on an iPhone or iPad:

  • Open the Settings app

  • Tap your name at the top

  • Select Subscriptions

  • Find Cloaked

Google Play Store

To manage your subscription on Android:

  • Open the Google Play Store app

  • Tap your profile icon (top right)

  • Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

  • Find Cloaked



Switching Billing Platforms

Subscriptions cannot be "moved" between platforms (e.g., from Apple to Stripe). To switch:

  1. Cancel your existing subscription
    Use the instructions above for the platform where you originally subscribed.

  2. Wait for the billing period to end
    You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

  3. Create a new subscription
    Log in to Cloaked, go to Settings → Subscription, and follow the prompts to purchase a new subscription using your preferred billing method.
