Deleting your Cloaked account is a permanent and irreversible action.
Once completed, all identities, passwords, and communication history are erased and cannot be recovered by you or by Cloaked Support.
Cancel vs. Delete: choose carefully
Before proceeding, make sure you’re taking the right action.
Cancel Subscription
Stops future billing. Your account remains accessible in a read-only state so you can still view saved information.
Delete Account
Permanently erases your account and all associated data. This should only be done if you want to completely remove your Cloaked account and information.
Step 1: Export your data (recommended)
Because deletion is permanent, we strongly recommend exporting your data first.
Exports are only available on desktop.
Log in at my.cloaked.com
Select Profile Icon → Settings → Account
Click Export my data
Enter your password to confirm
A CSV file will download to your computer containing:
Identity names
Usernames
Passwords
Step 2: Critical Checklist
Make sure you complete the following:
Cancel your subscription
Ensure your subscription has been canceled before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Turn off Call Guard
Disable Call Guard in the app settings before deleting. If left active, your carrier may continue forwarding calls to a Cloaked voicemail you can no longer access.
Update your logins
Any service using a Cloaked email or phone number will no longer be able to reach you for password resets or security codes.
Confirm your export
Open the downloaded CSV file to verify your passwords and information are saved elsewhere.
Step 3: Delete your account
To prevent accidental data loss, Cloaked uses a two-stage deletion process.
Stage 1: Scheduled deletion (30-day grace period)

This schedules deletion and gives you time to change your mind.
Desktop
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account
Mobile
Go to Settings → Account Security → Delete Account
What happens next: Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days. A banner will display the final deletion date.
To cancel deletion, simply log back in before that date.

If you want your data erased immediately:
Complete the scheduled deletion steps above
Return to Account settings
Select Permanently delete my account now (Desktop) or Delete Account Now (Mobile)
Enter your password again and confirm
