Ready to share Cloaked’s privacy abilities? Cloaked Couples’ and Family plans allow you to add additional users to your subscription. This guide explains how to invite users, manage invitations, and understand plan limits.
How can I upgrade to a family plan?
Log in at my.cloaked.com
Tap your Profile icon in the top right hand corner
Go to Settings → Subscription
Select Switch Plans or Upgrade.
Choose from Couple or Family, selecting either an Annual or Monthly billing cadence.
You will be refunded a prorated amount for your current subscription and then charged for your new subscription.
How many users can I add?
Plan | Billing | Total users |
Cloaked Individual Plan | Monthly or Annual | You |
Cloaked Couples Plan | Monthly or Annual | You + 1 additional user |
Cloaked Family Plan | Monthly or Annual | You + 3 additional users |
You can view available spots and remove users at any time from your subscription settings.

How to add users to your plan
You can invite users from either desktop or mobile.
Option 1: Desktop dashboard
Log in at my.cloaked.com
Tap your Profile icon in the top right hand corner
Go to Settings → Subscription
Find the Members field, which will show how many member spots you have available on your plan
Enter the user’s email address to send an invitation
Alternatively, you can add someone to your family plan from Action Items on your account homepage:
Option 2: Mobile app
Open the Cloaked app
Tap your Profile icon (Advanced Mode) or the Home menu (Basic Mode)
Go to Settings → Subscription
Click Manage Plan. Find the Members field, which will show how many member spots you have available on your plan.
Add the user by entering their email address
Viewing and Managing invitations
Once an invitation is sent, you can:
See the invitation status
View when the invite was sent
Copy the invite link to share via email, text, or messaging apps
Cancel a pending invitation
To cancel an invite:
Find the invitation in Subscription settings
Select Cancel next to the email address
Confirm the cancellation when prompted
How do invitations work?
Each invitation includes a unique link
The link allows the recipient to create a Cloaked account and automatically join your plan
Invitations are valid for 7 days
If an invite expires, you’ll need to send a new one OR reach out to support to refresh your invitation
Important:
If the invited user is prompted to pay, confirm they used the invite link. If the issue persists, Cloaked Support can manually link their account to your plan.
Accepting an invitation (for invited users)
Open the invitation email
Click Accept invite and join plan
Follow the prompts to create or link your Cloaked account
Once completed, the new account will be added to the plan automatically.
