Turn Off Other Call Blockers for Call Guard

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You may already have call blocking or spam filtering enabled without realizing it. Many phones, carriers, and third party apps include built in call protection tools.

Because these tools update frequently, the exact menus and settings on your device may look different from what is shown here. The steps below reflect the most common setup, but if your screen does not match, we recommend checking the app or your carrier’s Help Center for the most current instructions.

For Call Guard to work properly, it must be the only call screening or blocking service active on your device. If another call blocker or carrier spam protection tool is still enabled, you will need to turn it off before Call Guard can screen calls correctly.

Please note: Merely uninstalling the apps below does not turn off call forwarding. Call forwarding must be manually disabled before removing the app and ending your subscription.

To fully deactivate RoboKiller’s call blocking and call forwarding, follow one of the methods below.

In-app deactivation

  4. When prompted to pause RoboKiller, select No, I still want to disable.

  5. Tap Turn off Call Forwarding to view and dial the deactivation code.

    • Verizon: Verizon Call Filter
