Why do I not have access to Cloaked Pay?

If you’ve lost access to Cloaked Pay, it means your account has been restricted or closed. This can happen for a variety of reasons, usually related to our Terms of Use or Prohibited Use Policy.

What this means:

  • You won’t be able to create or use Cloaked cards.

  • Existing cards tied to your account will stop working.

  • You may still request statements or account history by contacting Support.
